Almon Milk is used in this recipe, but use whatever milk you prefer or have on hand. I love making this with oat milk as well, but almond milk adds a delicious nutty flavor to the latte.

Sugar Cookie Syrup Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of Cane Sugar: Get Organic if you’re vegan.
- 1/2 cup of Brown Sugar
- 1 cup of Water
- 1 teaspoon of Cake Batter Extract
- 1/2 teaspoon of Almond Extract
- 1 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
- 1 teaspoon of Vegan Butter
How to make Sugar Cookie Syrup:
- In a small saucepan, combine granulated sugar, brown sugar, and water.
- Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Once the mixture comes to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer for a few minutes until it thickens slightly.
- Remove from heat and let it cool for a few minutes.
