Jack Frost Cocktail Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Frozen Coconut Milk Cubes
  • 1 1/2 oz (3 tbsps) Blue Curacao
  • 1.5 oz (1 shot glass) Silver Rum
  • 3 oz (6 tbsps) Pineapple Juice 
  • 1 oz (2 tbsps) Coconut Milk
  • 1/2 oz (1 tbsp) Lime Juice
  • Rim: Vanilla Frosting and Sprinkles (optional)

How to make a Jack Frost Cocktail:

  1. Pour coconut milk into an Ice Cube Mold and freeze until solid.
  2. Rim: If desired, dip the rim into coconut cream and then into shredded coconut for a snowy look.
  3. In a blender, combine the Frozen Coconut Milk Cubes, Blue Curacao, Tequila, Pineapple Juice, Coconut Cream, and Lime Juice. If necessary, add in a handful of regular ice cubes to help with the consistency.
  4. Blend until the mixture is smooth like a slushy. Add more pineapple juice or a splash of water if the consistency is too thick.
  5. Pour the blended mixture into the prepared glass.
