Creamy Strawberry Smoothie (High Protein)

On a hot summer day, this creamy strawberry smoothie is a dream! Taste’s just like a strawberry milkshake, but it’s dairy-free and contains more than 30 grams of protein.

No matter the time of year, you can blend up and enjoy this high-protein strawberry smoothie! All you need is a blender, frozen strawberries, a pitted date, greek yogurt, milk, and vanilla protein powder.

Growing up I would always order a strawberry milkshake with my burgers. Now as an adult, I love making this healthy version! It’s high in antioxidants from the strawberries, creamy from the yogurt and milk, and sweetened with a date.

Strawberry Smoothie Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups of Frozen Strawberries
  • 1 Date, pitted
  • 1/2 cup of Vegan Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup of Soy Milk (highest in protein)
  • 1 serving of Vegan Vanilla Protein Powder

How to make this strawberry protein smoothie:

  1. To a blender, add 1 1/2 cups of frozen strawberries, pitted date, 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt, 1 cup of soy milk, and 2 scoops of vegan vanilla protein powder (1 serving).
  2. Blend on high until it’s smooth.
  3. Pour it into your favorite cup and enjoy!
