Elevate your coffee game with a touch of cookie butter! Sip on this delectable iced latte when you want some sweetness in your morning. 🍪☕️
This cookie butter iced coffee only requires 3 ingredients and takes under 5 minutes to make. Just whip out your Biscoff spread, milk, frother, and cold brew coffee!
Cookie butter isn’t just for spreading on toast or sneaking spoonfuls straight from the jar. It also adds a lot of flavor and sweetness to your iced coffee.
The cookie butter melts into the cold brew, creating this velvety elixir that’s like dessert in a cup. It’s sweet, but not overpowering, with a hint of warm spice that makes you feel all cozy inside. And the smell – oh, it’s like you walked into a bakery that’s pumping out fresh cookies 24/7. Serve it over ice, because who doesn’t love a chilly drink, especially when it’s rocking the flavors of your favorite childhood treats?
Honestly, it’s the kind of drink you wanna sip slowly, letting each mouthful be a mini celebration of flavors. Whether you’re a coffee addict or just someone with a sweet tooth, this cookie butter iced coffee is a little piece of caffeinated heaven that’s worth treating yourself to. It’s like your morning coffee and dessert had a beautiful lovechild, and now you get to enjoy the delicious consequences. Cheers to sipping on pure joy!
Cookie Butter Iced Coffee Ingredients:
- Biscoff Cookie Butter: I can usually find this at HEB, Kroger, and Walmart. If you don’t have those near you I would look on Amazon.
- Unsweetened Dairy-Free Creamer (or Oat Milk): I used the Silk Original Soy Creamer, but you can use any milk or creamer that’s unsweetened. The cookie butter adds a lot of sweetness so don’t use a sugary creamer/milk.
- Cold-Brew Coffee: I buy a premade blonde roast from the store for convenience. If you have a coffee machine you can substitute this with that coffee.
- Crushed Biscoff Cookies, for topping (optional)
- Ice: I use Mini Ice Cube Trays to make coffee shop ice at home!
You’ll Also Need:
- Milk Frother or Whisk: This will combine the milk with the cookie butter spread.
How to make a Cookie Butter Iced Coffee at home:
- Cookie Butter Cold Foam: In a tall cup, mix 1/3 cup of unsweetened creamer (or milk) and 1 tbsp of cookie butter with a frother or whisk.
- Assembly: Add ice to the cup and pour in 1/2 cup of coffee. Sprinkle some crushed Biscoff cookies on top (optional). Mix together and enjoy!
