Description

This vegan Caramel Apple Bark recipe is a twist on the classic caramel apple dessert! It’s sweet, salty, and fruity. Enjoy some this fall.


Ingredients

  • 1 granny smith apple, diced
  • 1 cup of dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
  • 1 cup of large pretzels (about 12 pieces)
  • 1/4 cup of vegan caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. To a medium bowl, add a cup of chocolate chips and a tablespoon of coconut oil. Melt in the microwave.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and evenly spread the melted chocolate.
  3. Layer the pretzels and apples on top of the melted chocolate. Then drizzle the vegan caramel sauce all over the top.
  4. Place the sheet into the freezer for at least 15 minutes.
  5. Once the chocolate solidifies, break the bark into pieces, and enjoy!
  6. Keep it stored in an airtight container in the fridge.
