This vegan Caramel Apple Bark recipe is a twist on the classic caramel apple dessert! It’s sweet, salty, and fruity. Enjoy some this fall.

- 1 granny smith apple, diced
- 1 cup of dark chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
- 1 cup of large pretzels (about 12 pieces)
- 1/4 cup of vegan caramel sauce
Instructions
- To a medium bowl, add a cup of chocolate chips and a tablespoon of coconut oil. Melt in the microwave.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and evenly spread the melted chocolate.
- Layer the pretzels and apples on top of the melted chocolate. Then drizzle the vegan caramel sauce all over the top.
- Place the sheet into the freezer for at least 15 minutes.
- Once the chocolate solidifies, break the bark into pieces, and enjoy!
- Keep it stored in an airtight container in the fridge.
