- 1 1/2 cups of Frozen Strawberries
- 1 Date, pitted
- 1/2 cup of Vegan Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- 1 cup of Soy Milk (highest in protein)
- 1 serving of Vegan Vanilla Protein Powder
Instructions
- To a blender, add the frozen strawberries, pitted date, Greek yogurt, milk, and protein powder.
- Blend on high until it’s smooth.
- Pour it into your favorite cup and enjoy!
