Celebrate the pumpkin season by adding this pumpkin cold foam to your morning iced coffee or chai. Ready in a few minutes with just 5 ingredients.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 tablespoons of pumpkin puree
  • 3 tablespoons of vegan heavy cream (or coconut cream)
  • 2 tablespoons of plant milk (oat or soy)
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar-free vanilla syrup (or regular vanilla syrup)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice

Utensils You Will Need:

  • Milk Frother or Whisk
  • Medium Bowl
  • Your favorite coffee cup

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, pour in 2 tbsps of pumpkin puree, 3 tbsps vegan heavy cream, 2 tbsps plant milk, 1 tbsp sugar-free vanilla syrup, and 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice.
  2. Using a whisk or electric frother, whip it together until it forms a thick foam and soft peaks.
  3. Slowly pour or spoon the pumpkin cream cold foam over an iced coffee, chai latte, or matcha. Sprinkle additional pumpkin spice over the cold foam and enjoy!
