- 2 tablespoons of pumpkin puree
- 3 tablespoons of vegan heavy cream (or coconut cream)
- 2 tablespoons of plant milk (oat or soy)
- 1 tablespoon of sugar-free vanilla syrup (or regular vanilla syrup)
- 1/2 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice
Utensils You Will Need:
- Milk Frother or Whisk
- Medium Bowl
- Your favorite coffee cup
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, pour in 2 tbsps of pumpkin puree, 3 tbsps vegan heavy cream, 2 tbsps plant milk, 1 tbsp sugar-free vanilla syrup, and 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice.
- Using a whisk or electric frother, whip it together until it forms a thick foam and soft peaks.
- Slowly pour or spoon the pumpkin cream cold foam over an iced coffee, chai latte, or matcha. Sprinkle additional pumpkin spice over the cold foam and enjoy!
