Description

These fudgy no bake brownies will blow your mind. They’re healthy and always hit the spot. Quick, easy, and a family favorite!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup Walnuts (or almonds)
  • 1 cup Pitted Dates (about 10 dates)
  • 1/3 cup Peanut Butter (or any nut butter)
  • 1/3 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder

Chocolate Drizzle Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Maldon Sea Salt Flakes

What you’ll need:

Instructions

  1. To a food processor add 1/2 cup of walnuts, 1 cup of pitted dates, 1/3 cup of peanut butter, 1/3 cup of maple syrup, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and 1/4 cup of cocoa powder. Blend on high speed until a sticky dough forms.
  2. Line an 8-inch loaf pan with parchment paper. Add all the brownie dough to the lined pan. Place it in the freezer for at least 10 minutes to make it easier to press the dough evenly across the pan.
  3. After 10 minutes of freezing, place another piece of parchment paper on top of the dough. Press down on the parchment-covered dough with a cup or something with a flat edge until it’s evenly spread across the pan. Place it back in the freezer for an hour.
  4. Making the Chocolate Glaze: After 1 hour of freezing, add 1/2 cup of chocolate chips and 1 tablespoon of coconut oil to a microwave-safe bowl. Melt the chocolate in the microwave (heating it in 30-second intervals and mixing it until it’s fully melted).
  5. Pour the melted chocolate on top of the brownies and evenly spread it out.
  6. Sprinkle flaky salt on top and put it back in the freezer for 4 hours or overnight.
  7. Remove the brownies from the pan with the parchment paper and slice it into 10 pieces. Keep the brownies in the freezer to keep their form. Enjoy!
