Winter is upon us, and there’s a chill in the air that calls for an extra special Jack Frost Cocktail to warm your spirits! ☃️💙❄️ Enjoy this festive drink with or without alcohol, and you’ll have a jolly good time.

- 1 cup Frozen Coconut Milk Cubes
- 1 1/2 oz (3 tbsps) Blue Curacao
- 1.5 oz (1 shot glass) Silver Rum
- 3 oz (6 tbsps) Pineapple Juice
- 1 oz (2 tbsps) Coconut Milk
- 1/2 oz (1 tbsp) Lime Juice
- Rim: Vanilla Frosting and Sprinkles (optional)

- Pour coconut milk into an Ice Cube Mold and freeze until solid.
- Rim: If desired, dip the rim into frosting cream and then into sprinkles.
- In a blender, combine the Frozen Coconut Milk Cubes, Blue Curacao, Tequila, Pineapple Juice, Coconut Milk, and Lime Juice. If necessary, add in a handful of regular ice cubes to help with the consistency.
- Blend until the mixture is smooth like a slushy. Add more pineapple juice or a splash of water if the consistency is too thick.
- Pour the blended mixture into the prepared glass.
