- 1 tablespoon of Biscoff Cookie Butter
- 1/3 cup of Unsweetened Dairy-Free Creamer (or Oat Milk)
- 1 1/2 cups of Ice
- 1/2 cup of Cold-Brew Coffee
- Topping: Crushed Biscoff Cookies (optional)
You’ll Also Need:
- Cup
- Milk Frother or Whisk
Instructions
- In a cup, mix 1/3 cup of creamer (or milk) and 1 tbsp of Cookie Butter with a Frother or whisk.
- Add ice to the cup and pour in 1/2 cup of Cold Brew Coffee.
- Sprinkle some crushed Biscoff Cookies on top (optional).
- Mix and enjoy!
Notes
- The cookie butter adds a lot of sweetness so don’t use a sugary creamer or milk. For this recipe, I used the Silk Original Soy Creamer.Ā
