Instructions
- Prepare the Fruit: Begin by washing and slicing the fresh fruit. In a large pitcher or bowl, combine the sliced orange, lemon, lime, and fresh berries. The more colorful and varied your fruit, the more visually appealing your sangria will be.
- Mix the Liquids: Mix in the Wine, Brandy, Orange Liqueur, Pineapple Juice, and Orange Juice. Stir until the honey or syrup is fully dissolved. Give it a gentle stir to ensure everything is well combined.
- Chill: Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight if you have the time. This allows the flavors to meld together beautifully.
- Serve: Just before serving, add the ice cubes and Sprite (or Ginger Ale) to the pitcher. Pour the sangria into your serving glasses, topping each with a splash of extra Sprite for a refreshing fizz. Stir gently and garnish with additional orange slices and mint leaves if desired. Cheers!
