Description

This vanilla chai protein shake tastes just like fall! An easy post-workout smoothie that has 27 grams of protein. 


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 1/4 cup chai concentrate
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 serving of vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

  1. To a blender, add 1 cup oat milk, 1/4 cup chai concentrate, a frozen banana, 2 tsps cinnamon, 2 scoops of vanilla protein powder, and 1 tbsp of almond butter.
  2. Blend until smooth and enjoy!
