- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice (1 lemon)
- 1 cup soy milk (or any plant milk)
- 1 teaspoon agave (or maple syrup)
- 1 serving of vanilla protein powder
Instructions
- To a high-speed blender, add frozen raspberries, 1/2 a frozen banana, the juice of 1 lemon, soy milk, agave syrup, and vanilla protein powder.
- Blend for 1-2 minutes. If the smoothie is too thick or not blending, add additional water to help the blender. Enjoy!
