Description

Brighten your day with this tangy and sweet protein shake! I love making this raspberry lemonade smoothie on hot summer days. This shake contains over 30 grams of protein, so it’s great to whip up after a workout.


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice (1 lemon)
  • 1 cup soy milk (or any plant milk)
  • 1 teaspoon agave (or maple syrup)
  • 1 serving of vanilla protein powder

Instructions

  1. To a high-speed blender, add frozen raspberries, 1/2 a frozen banana, the juice of 1 lemon, soy milk, agave syrup, and vanilla protein powder.
  2. Blend for 1-2 minutes. If the smoothie is too thick or not blending, add additional water to help the blender. Enjoy!
