- 1 Lemon, sliced
- 1/2 cup Fresh Raspberries
- 6 Mint Leaves
- 1 cup Raspberry Lemonade
- 1 bottle (750 ml) of Sparkling Brut, chilled

Instructions
- To an ice cube mold, add a lemon slice, 3-4 raspberries, and a mint leaf.
- Pour raspberry lemonade into each mold, leaving a small gap at the top since it will expand during freezing. Carefully transfer the filled ice cube mold to the freezer and let it sit overnight until the cubes are completely frozen.
- When you’re ready to serve the drinks, carefully push the raspberry lemon ice cubes out of the mold and place them in cocktail glasses.
- Pour the chilled sparkling brut on top and enjoy. Cheers!
