These energy bites are the best healthy snack! Simple ingredients, no baking required, and ready in 10 minutes.

- 3/4 cups almond flour
- 1/3 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/4 cup soy milk
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (dairy free)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- To a large bowl, mix together 3/4 cup of almond flour, 1/3 cup of vanilla plant protein powder, 1/4 cup of peanut butter, 2 tablespoons of maple syrup, 1/4 cup of soy milk, 1/4 cup of chocolate chips, and a pinch of salt.
- If the batter is dry, add an additional 1-2 tablespoons of plant milk.
- Once it’s all mixed together, scoop about 2 tablespoons of dough into your (clean) hands and roll it up into a ball.
- Place them in the fridge for 30 minutes and enjoy!
- Store them in an airtight container for up to one week in the fridge.
