- 1/2 large apple, sliced
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1-inch piece ginger, peeled and sliced
- 1 teaspoon cloves
- 3 cinnamon sticks
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
- 3 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 4–5 cups of boiling water
- 2 Echinacea Tea Bags

Instructions
- To a tea pot add all the ingredients (or you can even make this on the stovetop in a pot).
- Pour boiling water over until it reaches the top & mix with a spoon. Cover for 10-15 minutes.
- Pour the strained tea into your mug. Enjoy!
- Tip: If you have leftovers or want to enjoy your tea later, you can reheat it gently on the stovetop over low heat or in the microwave. Be sure not to bring it to a boil again to preserve the flavors and nutrients.
