- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 blonde espresso shots (or 1/2 cup of cold brew coffee)
- 1/3 cup oat milk
- Ice, for serving

- Brown Sugar Syrup: In a microwave-safe bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of brown sugar, 1 tablespoon of water, 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon, and 1/2 tsp vanilla extract. Microwave for 1 minute. Carefully remove the bowl from the microwave and stir the mixture until the brown sugar is fully dissolved. Allow the syrup to cool down (it will thicken slightly).
- Espresso: Prepare 3 shots of espresso (or get cold brew coffee out).
- Assembly: Add ice to your mason jar, and carefully pour in the brown sugar syrup and espresso shots (or 1/2 cup of cold brew). Screw the lid on tightly and shake it until it’s frothy. Remove the lid and pour in your milk. Mix and enjoy!
