These Dole Whip Popsicles are a refreshing tropical treat! Perfect for a hot summer day when you want something to cool you down.
Ingredients

- 3 cups frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup full-fat coconut milk
- 1/3 cup pineapple juice
- 1 1/2 tablespoons agave syrup
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
- In a blender, combine the frozen pineapple chunks, pineapple juice, coconut milk, agave syrup, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the blended mixture into popsicle molds and insert the sticks.
- Freeze overnight (or for at least 6 hours).
- Remove the popsicles from the molds and enjoy!
