Description
These double chocolate baked oats taste like you’re eating cake for breakfast! It’s easy to make and uses healthy and simple ingredients. They contain over 20 grams of protein and complex carbs.

- ⅓ cup oat flour (blended rolled oats)
- 3 tablespoons chocolate protein powder
- 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ⅓ cup soy milk
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 3 tablespoons dark chocolate chips
You will also need:
- 8-ounce ramekin (or a small oven-safe dish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 Fahrenheit (180 C). If you do not have oat flour, blend up ⅓ cup rolled oats in a blender.
- To a medium bowl, add ⅓ cup oat flour, 3 tbsps chocolate protein powder, 1 tablespoon cocoa powder, ½ tsp baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Whisk together the dry ingredients.
- Then add ⅓ cup soy milk, 1 tsp vanilla extract, and 1 tbsp of maple syrup to the bowl. Combine the wet and dry ingredients and a batter will form.
- Pour half of the batter into a small ramekin or oven-safe dish. Add 2 tbsps of chocolate chips, then pour the remaining batter in. Sprinkle another 2 tbsps of chocolate chips on top.
- Carefully place the ramekin in the oven, and bake for 20 minutes.
- Let it cool down for about 5 minutes before biting into it. Enjoy!
