- 2 cups non-dairy milk*
- 1/2 cup maple syrup (or agave syrup)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup (60 grams) chocolate protein powder
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (plus more for topping)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F (180C) and grease the baking pan.
- To a large bowl, add non-dairy milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and peanut butter. Mix.
- Add rolled oats, protein powder, cocoa powder, ground flaxseed, baking powder, and salt. Stir until everything is combined.
- Fold in 1/2 cup of chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the pan and sprinkle additional chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 40 minutes.
- Let it cool for about 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Any plant milk works. I use soy since it’s the highest in protein.
