Add a touch of matcha magic to your day! This Brown Sugar Iced Vanilla Matcha Latte is the perfect blend of matcha’s earthy goodness, sweet brown sugar syrup, cinnamon, creamy oat milk, and a hint of vanilla.

- 1 1/2 teaspoon matcha powder
- 3 tablespoons water
- Ice to serve
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup oat milk
Brown Sugar Syrup:
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon water
Utensils:
- Small Microwave-Safe Bowl
- Matcha Kit (optional)
- 16 oz cup, or larger
Instructions
- Brown Sugar Syrup: In a microwave-safe bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of brown sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon, and 1 tablespoon of water. Microwave for 1 minute. Carefully remove the bowl from the microwave and stir the mixture until the brown sugar is fully dissolved. Allow the syrup to cool down (it will thicken slightly).
- Matcha: Sift the matcha into a mug or small bowl to get rid of any lumps. Pour in the 3 tbsps of the water and whisk vigorously until the matcha is fully dissolved and frothy.
- Assembly: Add ice to your mason jar, pour in 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 3/4 cup of oat milk, the brown sugar syrup, and matcha mixture. Use a straw to mix it around and enjoy!
