Unlike traditional American lemonades, Brazilian lemonade incorporates a unique twist that sets it apart: Luscious limes and creamy sweetened condensed coconut milk! Enjoy this dairy-free version all summer long.

- 7 limes, skin peeled and frozen
- 1 1/2 cups of water
- 3/4 cup of Sweetened Condensed Coconut Milk
- Ice, for serving
Coconut Lime Rim (Optional):
- Sweetened Condensed Coconut Milk
- Lime Zest

Instructions
- Wash and cut the skin off of the limes. Freeze for 4-6 hours (or overnight).
- Blend the frozen limes and water.
- Strain the juice with a fine mesh strainer to remove the bitter rinds.
- Pour the juice back into the blender and add the condensed milk. Blend for a few seconds until it’s mixed together and frothy.
- Place ice into coconut lime-rimmed glasses and pour in the blender contents.
- Coconut Lime Rim (Optional): Pour condensed milk onto a plate and dip the glass rim into it. Next, carefully dip the rimmed glass onto a plate with lime zest. Rotate the glass to ensure the rim is evenly covered.
